Hello, the customer wants to return items, but just because he hasn’t used them. Items sent on August 13, received on August 19, return requested on September 7. I refused the return. What do you think?
No, precisely, the article is as stated in the messages; it just says I’m asking for a return simply because I haven’t used it, that doesn’t make sense

Mentor2 years agoHello
What do you mean not used ?
If it's a return request for a non-compliant item, the buyer will have the upper hand.
They can be refunded and may even get to keep the item
If it's a request for personal convenience, that's different
