Hi, following a sale of , I sent the parcel to the recipient via Mondial Relay. The person was notified of its arrival, but did not go and pick it up in time. As a result, Mondial Relay decided to send it back to me. They made a mistake, namely instead of sticking the label with my name on the parcel, they stuck it on another parcel. So I received a 4th-grade French textbook instead of the 4 vinyl records I sent to the person. I have all the proof, including the email the recipient sent me to tell me that he hadn't had time to go pick up the parcel. I have made several claim démarches with Mondial Relay since September 12 (calls, claims on their site, follow-ups..) and today they just replied to me that the investigations had not succeeded and that they were going to reimburse me the shipping costs... The buyer reports to EBAY that the parcel was not delivered! If it was delivered to the relay point as expected, it is he who did not go and pick it up within the allotted time, I am not responsible for it, I did everything right and I no longer have the goods, if I have a French textbook in its place (which someone must have been waiting for too, because I asked them at the same time to tell me what I should do with this book but no reply...!).
