I got a record sent by tracked letter to Spain returned to me, marked unclaimed, the address is correct according to the buyer, how can I send it back without paying postage twice

if the reason is "unclaimed," you must have received the tracking information indicating that the tracked letter was available at a post office. Did you inform your buyer?
For the address, to be safe, check it with Google Map.

Mentor1 year ago"send it back to him without paying the shipping costs twice" = impossible
"unclaimed reason"
(and not incorrect address)
= it’s up to the buyer to pay the shipping again (check with him how, because this payment won’t be able to go through ebay).
