Return of an item
I returned an item. I bought a Colissimo return label via eBay. When I check on the postal service website, the package is delivered. I’m trying to enter the tracking number on eBay but a message tells me that the number is incorrect. I don’t understand. How do I update and save the tracking number on eBay? Thank you

Go to the Post Office website > on eBay not reliable

Check with customer service, or ask eBay to step in (link in the return process).
