For your item return, if you used the instructions recommended by the site-----> Return an item to get a refund | eBay

- you have a tab to request help in the event of a problem with the refund.

If by chance you did not use this link, make the request indicated there, then save your return tracking number, without which you will not be able to obtain the expected refund.
