Hello,
I recently bought an item, after receipt, I proceeded with the cancellation (approved by eBay) and therefore the purchase of a return label, I sent the item back on 11/12, the package was received by the seller.
I wanted to enter the tracking number and carrier on the corresponding return page (I didn't have time to do it that same day), but the page shows me an error that the carrier cannot be registered, so I can't enter the package tracking number on the return page at all
How can I do this? I can't get in touch with eBay

report the tracking number to the seller.
If, upon receipt, you are not refunded, ask e Bay to intervene.
