I ordered a set of piston rings for a Honda. When checking the sides, I realized that the new rings were worse than the current ones. So I sent them back, specifying that the size was not right. Customer service tells me that I have to talk to the seller so that they reimburse the return shipping costs.
I did leave feedback after the seller accepted, but I reported a problem with the piston size. I should have declared the item defective to get a refund of the return shipping costs.
