They just replied to me that there was
no warranty on their site
So you eBay, do you endorse this kind of

OP5 months agoYes, I agree, but when the part is defective and they ask you for proof, which you send them, and they tell you yes but we can't do anything except give you a partial refund of 30% for a defective part

But here it’s a seller warranty
I installed the kit on my scooter and actually the magnetic flywheel is warped, so it causes vibrations throughout the scooter
It damaged my new bearings
So for me the kit is defective
I bought it at the beginning of December, installed it 1 month later and I made the warranty claim right away
When a part is defective after installation, there should be a warranty, right?
I sent them photos, so they want to offer me a goodwill gesture of a 30% refund and they want me to remove my negative review or else no refund

The checks should have been done within 30 days of the purchase ..For eBay, it's too late.
If you plan to accept the offer,don't remove the feedback until after the refund, not before, because they may not keep their word.
