Marked return received
I accepted a return request, even though the buyer has only just dropped off the package from Spain to France, eBay is asking me to refund the supposedly received package within 7 days.
However, it’s impossible to find how to contact eBay customer support, the suggestions just go round in circles.
How can I stop the countdown and wait until I actually receive the returned package?
Thank you very much for your help, because I find eBay really complicated and confusing at every step.

check in your account settings what’s specified regarding refunds in the event of a return.
Normally, there are 2 possibilities: a "direct" refund even before you have received the item and a refund only after it has been received. You may be in case 1.
