I accepted the return of the item, I have to send the buyer a prepaid shipping label that I can't seem to get. I contacted the buyer and offered to send him a check, answer no. I offered him a bank transfer, again no. Shipping costs are 20 euros by registered Colissimo with signature. What should I do, thank you

Mentor8 months agoDepending on the value of the item,You are not obliged to use a registered Colissimo with proof of receipt ..
