A return request already exists for my item and I have not yet received the return label from the seller despite my follow-ups; they are not responding.
I want eBay to take over, but I don't see how to do it

In the return request, you ask eBay to step in, but if your seller is abroad, they won’t be able to send you one. You’ll have to pay the costs upfront .
