Hello, I bought a screen from storephone that turned out to be poor quality and keeps breaking down. I’m going through the return process with the seller, who gives me a tracking number. I send the item back, well packaged, and the package never arrives, so I ask the post office for an explanation it is held up because there was a problem, no recipient on the tracking, so it was sent back to me after 2 months. In the meantime eBay closes my return and wants nothing to do with it, so no refund, broken screen that was opened by the post office and then resealed. I’m fed up because the seller doesn’t want to do this outside eBay like the eBay support person advised me, but eBay offers me no solution even though it’s supposed to be on the buyers’ and sellers’ side. Do I have to rip someone off like the seller did to me?
