Blocked Item Return - Refund
Summary: extra_ball_when_lit ran into a problem with returning a non-compliant item on eBay. Although the seller confirmed receipt of the return, the tracking on eBay shows an incorrect number and a photo of a blank shipping label. koalagris suggests contacting customer service through the appropriate link, but extra_ball_when_lit is having trouble logging in because of a Swiss phone number. It’s recommended to use a French phone number or contact support via Facebook, since it was the seller who entered the return info.
Hello,
I requested a return / refund for an item that doesn’t match the description. I’m sending everything back by tracked Colissimo at my own expense, and the seller tells me they received my return.
If I go into return tracking, I see a photo of a blank Colissimo label to print (!), and a tracking number saved (by the seller?) that obviously doesn’t match mine. The eBay app tells me I still haven’t sent the item back (obviously since the tracking number is different).
What should I do?

OP1 year agoBut who entered the tracking number on the site (why can't I enter mine?), and where does the photo of the blank Colissimo slip photographed on a table come from?

OP1 year agoUnfortunately I have a Swiss phone number and the callback service doesn’t seem to work (in any case, it never calls me back).
When I call +33 1 70 37 95 88, I’m asked for a unique ID that I don’t have.

Mentor1 year agoYour account is registered in France, so you need a French phone number to get in touch with customer service.
= Try via FB.......
The seller provided the return info on the dispute.
