Return of damaged item after a month
I sold something last month to a buyer who took two weeks to pay, and whose package arrived at the relay point on June 6.
Today, literally a month later, I get a message saying the product is damaged, that he'll send me photos, and he's asking for a partial refund or a return.
Given the timeframes, am I obligated to do anything?

The buyer has 30 days from delivery to report a problem ..
If it’s still within the timeframe, you can’t refuse.
