Partial return of an order
I have a return number for an order of 3 boxes of Seresto collars. I opened one box, which I'm going to keep
The seller is telling me that I won't be refunded if I only return two boxes?

it all depends on whether it was a listing for a lot of 3 necklaces or a multi-quantity listing where you chose 3 as the quantity.
In the first case, you do indeed need to return the entire lot (so the 3 necklaces).
On the other hand, if you're in the second case, you can return only 2 necklaces and the seller will have to refund you.
