New to this site, I don't know how to make sure my claim succeeds:
I bought a linkage rod (2-year warranty) for a clutch cable, which broke after a week of use.
How do I contact the seller for after-sales service?

Any exchange carried out by private email is likely not to go anywhere because the site will ignore it and it falls outside the "buyer protection"...
