Hello,After several unsuccessful searches I’m writing to you because yesterday I dropped off an international DHL Express France parcel at a pickup point, but I’m worried because eBay gave me a 3-page slip but no parcel drop-off receipt for the pickup point allowing me to obtain a signed drop-off receipt after the parcel was handed in.I did sign, when handing it over, on the pickup point staff member’s pad (I have a photo of the pad screen at the moment of signing). Is it normal that there is no drop-off receipt provided by eBay? Also, after dropping off the parcel, the DHL online tracking area does not indicate that I dropped off the parcel.It’s impossible to find a place on the eBay site where I could write to them, it’s a maze... My question is therefore how I can protect myself, as a consumer, in terms of being able to prove that I did drop off the parcel at the pickup point, knowing that eBay did not give me a drop-off receipt...
