Hello,
I bought a garment from a professional seller, then I withdrew and he went ahead with the shipment. I am not going to pick up the parcel. The seller wants to refund me only the item part. There is €15 in shipping. Shouldn't I be refunded the full order + shipping since I didn't pick up the order?

Maybe little chance of recovering anything > not shipping costs, nor VAT, nor customs fees
The withdrawal is done within the hour following the purchase
