Withdrawal too far from my home
Why did you choose a pickup point that told you it was kilometers from my home, when I’m hemiplegic and paralyzed? I wasn’t asked where I wanted the free deliveries, and there’s a Mondial Relay pickup point right across the street from my place. Who decides, eBay or Mondial Relay?

Mentor1 year agoMondial Relay may, if the chosen pickup point is on holiday or is full (each pickup point determines a storage capacity), make a change. Your choice is only a preference, in no case an obligation.
In your situation it would be better to opt for a carrier that delivers to your home: if the seller does not offer it in the listing, contact them before buying to see whether it is possible.
