Find the oldest purchase history
Good evening,
I know the topic has been brought up several times but there isn't any existing answer that is satisfactory.
I'm trying to find a proof of purchase that dates back to 2011-2012. Impossible to find on PayPal because my old account was closed a few years ago. Is it possible for eBay support to access these archives upon request? Has this ever happened to you?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

On eBay, you will only find your purchases from the last 2 years + the current year (in reality over +/- 1100 days)...
The rest is erased and/or hidden.
You're asking for a search going back 12 years... even banks don't keep archives that long... !
If you left reviews, you might be able to find the seller's name with your review and ask them the question about your search.
As for whether eBay keeps archives, that would be surprising... because leaving them on the buyer's account takes as much space/memory as archiving... so deletion is a relief.. !
Kind regards
