Find a buyer for a transaction at the end of November 2021

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to contact a buyer to whom I sold books at the end of November 2021. I can’t find them in my sales history because it was more than 2 years ago.

Do you have any idea how I could find their username, based on the amount paid (2550 euros, fees included) and the date (end of November 2021, payment actually received on December 2, 2021)?

Thanks, I actually found the solution, by restoring the ratings (since my buyer had left one).

Strangely, I had to display the automatic ratings...

Here, nobody can do this search.. We don't have the physical means...

On the other hand, your bank statements, PayPal or other records should give you a lead.
