Finding a potential buyer after an offer was rejected

Hello everyone,I declined someone’s offer on a product I have for sale. I’d like to be able to contact them. Unfortunately, I can no longer find any trace of the offer. I have their username, but even when I search via the sellers’ names, I get no result. Do you have a solution please?Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. I also noticed that “contact” (on a seller’s page who doesn’t have an active listing) only appears on the website and not via the Ebay app. Thanks.

You’ll go straight to their feedback profile, and at the top right you’ll have the "contact the member" option.
