I bought two perfumes that were not original, I have been returning them for 10 days and I still haven't been refunded, is eBay a scam site or am I misunderstanding?

OP1 week agoI don't understand this whole long procedure you started with me. Please, can you refund me? I returned the perfumes I bought. Are you a fake site or what?

you are not addressing eBay customer service at all. You are on a peer support forum with members like you.
That said, please answer my previous question: "have you followed the site's return procedure?"
If that is the case, involve eBay as part of the return request (see link already sent)
