If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, eBay can no longer help you.
If you bought from a professional seller in France and they refuse to apply the warranty = send them a formal notice by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt (their contact details are listed at the bottom of all their listings, as well as on their eBay profile).

The 2-year warranty is the manufacturer's warranty and not the eBay warranty, which ended a long time ago...
