I have a buyer to whom I need to send a small parcel by Mondial Relay since last Wednesday. Since Wednesday, I’ve asked him 4 or 5 times by email on eBay for his mobile phone number so I can create the Mondial Relay shipping label for a locker (which I do every time). He still hasn’t replied. I’m now on leave, the parcel has been ready for 4 days, eBay tells me I’m late since the 12th,...
What should I do so I’m not at fault with the buyer and/or eBay please?

You will contact your buyer to give them the tracking for their package..

thanks for your reply,
the parcel has not been sent yet...
and I can't send it as long as I don't have the mobile number that Mondial Relay will register (in the shipping form) so they can open their locker upon delivery.
The buyer received my msgs through Ebay but isn't replying, and I can't do anything but wait. How long should I wait, and how should I proceed with the buyer and Ebay?
After shipping I always immediately send the MR tracking number for the parcel so that the buyer can track it,

To receive a parcel via Mondial Relay lockers, the process is just as simple:
It’s you who will receive the code to open the locker... you’ll pass it on to your buyer...
ANOTHER SOLUTION....
If this way of doing things doesn’t suit you..
- you can cancel the transaction due to incomplete delivery information...
This will free you from any difficulty.

I am on leave and I think it is not reasonable to take the risk of receiving/managing the MR locker code myself. I agree with you that it is possible to arrange, but it is taking too big a risk of problems/misunderstandings with the buyer.
I will follow your suggestion (regretfully) and the cancellation link, which exactly matches my situation: I have not received the necessary information for locker delivery despite my follow-ups...
