Good evening, thanks for your reply, I already called eBay about the RGSP, they quote me the text and when I talk to them about article 51 they don’t know might as well bang the **bleep** on the ground, that would have more effect, so I wanted to know if there had been any changes for vintage items like vinyl / when I called eBay they told me that I had to include them, so I put in the absurd all the safety features except button batteries there, that was a bit much anyway we’ll see on Dec 13 and if it glitches it’s no big deal I have a plan B or C or D etc have a good end of the day see you soon jp
" when I talk to them about article 51 they don't know"
They don't know what about article 51?
I saw that you had put it in your pro information (in your contact details...). That's completely useless because it does not exempt you at all from the GPSR.
Article 51 is the following:
However, for an item to comply with this directive (2001/95/EC), you must provide the same information as for the directive that will apply on December 13.
Click on "download the dedicated document" and you will get this list in Excel table form. If your items are not there, then you are indeed concerned and once again, it is better to avoid inconsistencies like you did for the CPA.
good evening, I’ve already read everything you wrote to me, well, everything that wasn’t in English. On the dedicated document that I read and downloaded, vinyl records don’t appear; for the inconsistencies I marked, it was eBay who told me to mark them because a child could get hurt with a vinyl record. I think they don’t know what a vinyl record is, and for article 51, when I asked the 3 people from eBay I got on the phone to explain it to me, they couldn’t explain it to me; if it’s like the REP I did and marked in my listings, nobody will mark it and do it unless I’m mistaken, it’s not a big deal, we’ll see what happens by Dec 13; otherwise on Dec 31 I’ll close my account, as I wrote, plan B. Have a good evening, good night, or have a good day JP

Here is the text of this directive:

You say: " I put all the safety features in the absurd."
Not sure that's a good idea...
I just looked at your CPA. On which you are putting safety measures that concern toys...
This kind of inconsistency is likely not going to pass.
Not to mention the fact that your buyers are not going to understand a thing...
In another post you were told that there was a list of categories excluded from the GPSR. Clearly you haven't taken it into account.
It is located on this page:
