Summary: Anonymous User expresses concern about a new European regulation that could harm their business selling collectible military badges. They specify that they have already included all the required information in their eBay listings. *miss-tigri* advises checking eBay’s seller hub for excluded categories and provides a link to a related discussion that may offer more information.
THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS NEW EUROPEAN REGULATION, WHICH IS GOING TO KILL OUR BUSINESSES!
I SELL COLLECTOR'S MILITARY BADGES: SECOND-HAND ITEMS.
IN ALL MY LISTINGS, I HAVE SPECIFIED THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND THE DATE THE BADGE IN QUESTION WAS CREATED AND PUT INTO SERVICE.
I CAN'T DO ANY BETTER: MANY MANUFACTURERS NO LONGER EXIST. THERE ARE ONLY 7 OR 8 LEFT IN FRANCE !
WHAT SHOULD I DO: I HAVE 1539 ACTIVE LISTINGS ON EBAY, AS OF TODAY ( 08/11/2024 ), AND THESE DETAILS ARE ALREADY MENTIONED THERE IN DETAIL.
LOOKING FORWARD TO A REPLY.
BEST REGARDS.
