hello,
after 3 calls to ebay to report that, following the rsgp reform, it’s been impossible for 2 weeks to rate the economic operator, I’ve received no response despite them acknowledging this problem
has anyone else called ebay about this, I don’t dare call for a fourth time, thanks for your replies

OP1 year agoeven in multiples, it doesn't work anymore, and yes maybe people will ask themselves the question later

OP1 year agosure, but ebay told me there haven't been many replies on this topic, I don't know why even though the deadline is approaching, we'll see, thanks for your feedback

little feedback for 2 reasons:
- most sellers have not yet looked into the GDPR issue (or consider themselves not concerned)
- It is possible to use the bulk edit to work around the problem.
It is now common, when reporting a bug, to hear either that you are the first person to report it, or that very few sellers have the problem. Which clearly implies that there is no rush and that the problem will be fixed (maybe!) when technical support has finished having fun changing the banner colors...
