RSGP and second-hand products

The new GPSR standard is completely unusable in my case.
I have been selling used CDs on eBay for 10 years. CDs that date from the 90s, sometimes the 80s.
For many products, it is impossible to identify a manufacturer (sometimes there is only a music distribution label, which absolutely does not correspond to a manufacturer)
Even if I managed to find a manufacturer's name for some products, it probably no longer exists.
So its address no longer exists either.
As for its email address, needless to say that in the 80s/90s, manufacturers did not have email addresses since the Internet barely existed.
It is impossible to designate a responsible person, because I would never have the certificate of conformity in case of an inspection for these used items whose manufacturer I do not even know.
As for safety information, there is none on the product. I am happy to try to make some up, like "please do not eat the CD," but that makes absolutely no sense.
A complete dead end with this GPSR, and if eBay decides to apply it to the letter without adapting it or understanding that it is absolutely impossible to apply it to old used products, I will be forced to close my eBay shop on December 13, 2024.
This would also mark the end of the second-hand market on eBay. It is incomprehensible.
Please provide some clarification, because apart from closing my eBay account at the end of the year and selling all my products on other sites, I currently see no solution.

Still having absolutely no response from ebay regarding the RSGP, I took the following steps:
- I called the Ministry of Economy and Finance, who had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't give me any information, and told me to call the DGCCRF
- I called the DGCCRF, who didn't understand what I was talking about and told me it wasn't their concern
- I called the Ministry of Economy and Finance again, who this time advised me to call the DREETS
- I called the DREETS, who didn't understand what I was talking about and told me it wasn't their concern
- I called the Ministry of Economy and Finance again, who gave me an email address and told me that this person would be able to answer me.
- I received a reply telling me that it wasn't the right department, and that my message would be forwarded to the right department.
I felt like I was in the house that drives you crazy from Asterix's 12 labors.
That was on August 28 and I still haven't received any response from anyone.
Among all the people I was able to speak to, none of them were even aware of this RSGP or of what ebay is asking us to do (add a manufacturer name that I don't know and that no longer exists, with an address that no longer exists, a responsible person who no longer exists, and add safety standards that don't exist).
I don't know where you stand, but for now, I am still unable to respond to what ebay is requiring of us.

Yes, for a long time now, but that does nothing to address the case of old second-hand items, for which it is impossible to find the manufacturer, a responsible person, or safety information that does not exist.
This kind of page is of no help at all.

knows what it’s about ..
I also contacted the Bordeaux Commercial Court !!!!! nobody
knows what it’s all about ..................
Especially with requests like the name of the responsible person and even
less when it’s about handmade creation ..
I passed my answers on to Ebay ..............no response either for this
issue or for the others like computer bugs
If by any chance you have any information, I’m interested +++++++++++++++
