The purchase category doesn't appear in my listing
Hello! Have you ever encountered this problem? I posted an ad for a regular sale, not an auction, but the buy it now option doesn't appear.. nor the add to cart option.. nothing.
I've encountered this problem with all my previous ads, which I've all taken down. I started over from scratch with 1 new ad: still the same problem!
If anyone has a solution... 😉

If you're working on a laptop, there may be a recurring bug.
uninstall the app and reinstall it...
Using the eBay app | eBay
Otherwise, contact Customer Service here-----> eBay Customer Service
Do this during office hours and ask to be called back.
