Arbitrary seizure of funds?
Hello .
Here’s my problem, eBay is asking me for my ID documents and bank details with letterhead, which I’ve sent them three times .
Accepted three times, validated, but the next day they do it again and ask for everything to be sent back three times .
So almost €1000 is blocked, money that was meant to go toward a family vacation ... items were sent with books, and I received ratings !
On top of that, it’s impossible to reach an advisor via chat .... for the past 24 h.
This arbitrary withholding of funds is seriously harmful for my family because we were counting on that money for the sale of the items .
I don’t know whether this question will get answered ...
