Hello, I sold my bag to someone who received it successfully via Colissimo, but she didn’t let me know, so I can’t scan the delivery. How can I get the money back? Also, this buyer had предложed to pay for the Colissimo via PayPal and I didn’t receive anything. I can no longer contact her; she’s not replying to me anymore. What should I do?
Explain that you made a transaction with "in-person pickup".... but that the sale was sent by colissimo at the buyer's request... and that you don't know how to get your money back now...
In such a case.. you should have canceled the sale by informing the buyer that their request could not be handled that way and issued a refund ... then reposted the listing with the shipping costs so that the transaction would go through normally on the site and the buyer could pay the shipping fees.
You shipped an item (a bag worth €150) that was supposed to be hand-delivery only ??? 😱😱😱
You ABSOLUTELY should not have done that!
Worse: you shipped it without even having the shipping paid for...
The hand-delivery process is in NO WAY compatible with a shipment, since the proof of delivery is given to you by the buyer, via a code, at the meeting, whereas for a shipment it is the seller who provides the tracking number certifying delivery (automatically confirmed afterward). It is impossible to switch from one procedure to the other, since they are fundamentally different.
There, you have no way, through eBay, to trigger payment, and the buyer could even get a refund for not collecting the item.
Why didn't you come to the forum first? We would have advised you to cancel the hand-delivery purchase and redo the transaction with shipping (= that was the only solution)

·2 years agoHello,
you can't confirm delivery.
The tracking will update in a bit on e Bay.
Leave them feedback.
As for your funds, as a new seller, they're held for about 21 days.
Conflicted.
