Samsung Galaxy S21 new.
Summary: didbou_8182 bought a brand-new Samsung S21 that was supposed to be a European model, but discovered it was a US model causing connectivity issues. After missing the return deadline, neither the seller nor eBay offered any help. Despite filing a complaint with the DGCCRF, the seller remains silent, preventing the warranty from being used. francexpressdeal provides a link to the public service for further advice.
hello, I bought a brand new Samsung S21 phone on 11/22/25, received on 11/28/25, and I quickly ran into wifi, Waze, and connection problems..... I changed carriers twice and it was always the same problem. I let the return deadline pass because for me the device wasn't at fault since it was new. On 2602/26, so 3 months after the purchase, I went to the store and learned that the phone was intended for the American market and that the phone was indeed the cause of my problems. NOWHERE was it stated that it was a US model. The seller never replied to me, Ebay tells me it's too late because I let the return date pass. Yet this phone is covered by the warranty, I believe I was deceived, the seller carefully avoided specifying that it was a US model. I blame Ebay for not backing me up, yet to me the deception is obvious. thank you for your advice
