Equipment customer support. The seller isn't replying to my emails
Hello
I bought a DEYE 6K SG03LP1-EU hybrid inverter in November 2024 from a German reseller who sells a huge amount of equipment from this brand on eBay.
The equipment was brand new.
This inverter has failed. I contacted the seller, but they are not responding to my emails.
How can I go about claiming the warranty on this equipment?

Ebay only allows action under its rules during the 30 days following delivery of the purchase, whether in the domestic market or abroad.
To deal with your issue, since the seller is not replying to you, the only option left is to go through a cross-border dispute, which is likely to cost you quite a lot...
But the simplest thing, wouldn’t it be to have your inverter repaired directly by a dealer of this brand near you...??
and/or buy another one...
