Hello I bought a DEYE 6K SG03LP1-EU hybrid inverter in November 2024 from a German reseller who sells a huge amount of equipment from this brand on eBay. The equipment was brand new. This inverter has failed. I contacted the seller, but they are not responding to my emails. How can I go about claiming the warranty on this equipment?
