I can’t remove my bank details even though I haven’t sold anything, I’ve withdrawn everything, I don’t owe them anything, they don’t owe me anything! I’ve never seen an online site that holds customers’ bank details hostage, that’s illegal! I quote them: if you remove your bank details they will have to be replaced by others ... Unbelievable! We are no longer in control of our personal information! Especially with all the scams we keep hearing about these days on bank accounts. I’m not going to leave you alone until you’ve removed my bank details.

No need to shout like that....

You can only remove your bank details under one condition------>

- close your ebay account----> Close your account | eBay

Before using a site, you need to read and understand how it works... that's what the terms and conditions are for... (see the bottom of this page where all the questions are addressed...)
