Customer Service
Summary: ortica1980 expresses frustrations about a shipping label generation problem on eBay, which is preventing the sale from being completed. Despite several attempts to make contact, eBay and Packing customer support are unreachable and no solution is offered. francexpressdeal suggests contacting a carrier directly to manually generate the shipping label and proposes canceling the Packlink label to get a refund.
Following a sale on eBay, the shipping label generation problem is inaccessible, preventing the sale from being completed. Neither eBay nor Packing respond, I have no answers at all. I can't send it to the buyer (Mondial Relay address, shipping label impossible to generate, even though payment for the item and its shipping have been settled. eBay customer service unreachable, Packing unreachable. I consider that there is obstruction to the sale, a serious lack of respect for users, and a failure to follow the rules. Worse, customer service writes "we'll let you have time to finish", finish what? I haven't even started writing anything before the agent cuts me off, it blocks the conversation. I wrote to Packing, eBay (by email since customer service is failing, no solutions offered, actually no response at all, even after formal notice. Surreal, disrespectful, and illegal!

if you can't generate the shipping label, you just need to go directly to the carrier's website of your choice. You'll just need to add the tracking number manually.
If you have already paid for a Packlink label, you can cancel it to get a refund:
