Customer service?
I'm trying to contact customer service, but I can't.
I bought a product, the amount was debited from my account. The product never arrived. My order is nowhere to be found in the order history. And yet I received an email saying the order had been validated with an order number. Then the money was indeed taken from my account. What should I do?

You probably made this purchase as a guest (which is why it doesn't appear in your history).
How long ago was it? (the dispute period is 30 days from the delivery deadline)
