Customer service / help... Summer 2026 update no longer works!!
I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with eBay “chat” support about a problem with offer notifications in eBay messaging (I no longer receive offers in eBay messaging... I only see them on my personal email).
For the past few days, you can no longer contact eBay by phone through the help section. It’s ridiculous.
As a pro, I pay hundreds of euros in fees and I can’t get hold of a person by phone.
In total, with what was probably a simple question, I lost 30 minutes in front of the computer (it would have taken 3 minutes on the phone....) and still didn’t get an answer. I was even sent an eBay link that redirected to the UK site instead of the French one.
Another “improvement” that looks like utter nonsense!! Give us the phone back
