Is the "Mondial Relay – Home Europe" service unavailable?
Hello,
I’m a private seller in France and I’m currently setting up my selling conditions on eBay.
I’d like to offer delivery to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria and Portugal only with
the “Mondial Relay – Home Europe” service.
This service is indeed mentioned in eBay’s official documentation:
https://www.ebay.fr/espacevendeurs/livraison/frais-bordereaux-ebay
However, it doesn’t appear in Selling conditions > International shipping!
Does anyone know why this service is not available in my selling conditions and
how I could activate it?
