if eBay delivery time has been exceeded for a package in the US
i'm interested in an item coming from the usa (shoes) but the upper end of the delivery time is 1 month 8 days; is that risky? what should i do to still benefit from the return guarantee in that case? thanks a lot for your help; best regards.

For eBay protection: "You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to let the seller know that you did not receive the item."
See this link:

Mentor1 year agoHello @francexpressdeal
Indeed.. you're right in principle and about the link provided..
But given
- the expected shipping time of 38 days... (see the content of this link for handling + delivery) ---> Delivery date options for buyers | eBay)
- + the time allowed for a possible dispute (30 days after the expected delivery date)...
this leads to a possible delivery of + 60 days after payment, which is a lot for a shoe delivery from the US...
As a result, I see this possible transaction as a source of concern...
Hoping I'm wrong.
Best regards

Indeed, the delay is significant, which deprives you of the benefit of eBay protection, which is 30 days from the date of purchase for any item not received.
Either you buy elsewhere... or you take risks...
The choice is limited.
