Report or not
Summary: didou5694 says they sold a locomotive that was returned by the buyer, supposedly nonfunctional, but the locomotive received was not the one that had been sent. After discovering the fraud, didou5694 informed the buyer, but there has been no further response. lingma85 advises leaving a clear comment in the feedback, pointing out how difficult it is to report incidents like this when the buyer is protected by the site.
I sold a locomotive. The buyer tells me it doesn't work even though I tested it. To be safe, I offer to refund him after the locomotive is returned (shipping at my expense). I quickly receive my original package back with a different locomotive. I let my buyer know, and he swears he sent me the right locomotive. Having kept everything from his shipment, I weigh it all (box, locomotive, local packing newspaper, bubble wrap), which matches the weight on the Colissimo slip; clearly the buyer is taking me for a fool. I let him know that, and since then, nothing.

If it is possible to report a seller's wrongdoing, it's mission impossible for a buyer who is super protected by the site.
The only thing you could do-----> a comment without aggression but explicit in the reviews... (to be done once the deadline to file a dispute has passed, if your buyer hasn't already done it).
You were given a free "replacement exchange" as sometimes happens with ill-intentioned people who know the site's loopholes and mail-order selling.
Kind regards
