Hello, an eBayer bought 6 jerseys from me in two purchases, once 5 jerseys and then one additional jersey.

the 6 jerseys were delivered in the same parcel with tracking, but I wasn't able to enter the tracking number for the single jersey purchase. The buyer did receive the jerseys, left feedback, but only the 5 grouped jerseys are marked as delivered, how can this problem be fixed? Thanks for your help.

Add the tracking number manually ("mark as shipped") :

Hello,

I entered the tracking number for this jersey and when I display my sales list the jersey is just marked "Shipped", yet when I click on "show tracking info", it clearly tells me that the jersey has been delivered.
