Report a buyer
Hello,
A buyer bought two comics from me, on different dates.
The first one wasn’t paid for, and neither was the second one.
I can’t manage to report this buyer.
Also, since I’m going to put these comics back up for sale, I’d like to block them.
Thank you for your help

Have you properly reported the non-payment to eBay? Otherwise the commission on sales will be charged..

If you’ve filed disputes for unpaid items, that in itself is already a report.
Filing another one won’t serve any purpose.

Actually, to open a dispute, is that the same as “starting a report”?
If so, I can’t manage to do that; I do have the box corresponding to this action, but I don’t have the ability to do it.
I’m not sure if I’m making myself clear

Mentor1 year agoYou have to wait at least 4x24h after purchase before being able to cancel for non-payment (see the links already posted), and not exceed 30 days (maximum period).
