Hello
The seller reporting page shows me an error message every time I try, for the past week. What should I do?
Also, I can no longer access the seller review page since the dispute was closed (PayPal refund). What options are there to do it?

have you used the reporting feature from your item listing?
To find the seller, go through " advanced search " on the summary page of your e Bay account at the top right.
