cathedral-like silence on the EBAY site
I made a purchase on Ebay at the end of last June. The package was ripped open in my mailbox and the contents did not match the expected item at all. I sent the package back within the deadline, gave Ebay proof of the return. The seller and Ebay are really having a hard time replying to me, if not brushing me off.
Ebay even closed my case ! !!
Despite several follow-up emails, of course with no reply, should I write off my €139.99 or is Ebay on vacation??
