Register as a professional seller on ebay.fr while living outside France

Hello, French expat living in Brazil, I've been selling from this country for years now. Having formalized the activity and created a company for it, I would like to switch to a pro seller on eBay. However, it's impossible to find the page "Change account type" or "Become a professional seller" on my seller account. Even worse, to contact eBay, only the option "Ask us to call you" appears, but the site offers to call me on a French number I don't have and not on my Brazilian number! Can I become a pro seller with a company number outside the EU? Thanks

Being professional also means giving eBay all the legal information about your business.
Outside of France... your business must be registered on ebay.com....
- it will be automatically rejected on ebay.fr. because your information does not match the markers of French professionals.
