site without terms of sale
Summary: autostylo expresses frustration with eBay after being blocked as a seller for supposedly unshipped items, even though they were all handled by the carrier CTT. Despite refunding or resending the orders to customers, eBay refuses to correct the problem, citing algorithms. The other participants, including francexpressdeal and koalagris, point out that autostylo needs to deal with the correct customer service and question the seller’s professional status on eBay. autostylo defends their situation by clarifying Portuguese tax rules and expresses disappointment at the lack of solidarity on the forum.
it's completely shameful what eBay is doing to sellers, I'll explain: they blocked my seller account because of a high number of UNDELIVERED ITEMS. how many undelivered items from me? zero. What is the reason? I'll explain it. I send orders through the company CTT, which, in my opinion, means that when they are delivered, they are the responsibility of that same company. 7 orders were lost out of 155. Is that my fault? no. What do I do? I refunded the customer and in other cases, I sent a new order. after that, I filed a complaint with the transport company, where I was always able to get compensation. now my question is? we know it's a mistake, is it possible to change it? no. the answer from the employees of your site is no. it's shameful.

Why post here?
= check with your customer service or on your forum
"in my opinion, means that when they are delivered, they are the responsibility of that same company" = the seller is always responsible for the proper delivery of the items, it’s up to you to choose a competent carrier, and to sort it out with them if there’s a problem.
Another thing: you describe yourself as " a store + garage open in Viana do Castelo, Portugal. Since March 13, 1997" while being registered on eBay as a private seller.... 🤔
autostylo
OP1 year agoyes, my status is self-employed, that's why yes, I have a physical store, since 1997. auto Stylo is the store name, but the statuses are correct. yes, that's why when the distribution company loses the items, I ALWAYS take responsibility and only after that do I file the official complaint and then receive compensation for the loss. but no customer has ever been left without a resolution, as I explain. however, during sales, items show up as not being DELIVERED. however, the reason is this one, and no customer has ever been left without a response. I have ALWAYS been fair and just.

there comes a point where we’re going to have to stop taking the people on this forum for 3-week-old newborn rabbits...
And that’s all the more true since keeping on posting here is completely pointless...

Mentor1 year agoProfessional activity: your status on ebay is therefore not at all in order.

OP1 year ago"Professional, created for a legal entity, that is, a business or a sole proprietorship."
that's not my case, but thanks

OP1 year agoI could explain to you here the rules of accounting, invoicing, and what a green income worker or a limited liability company means, but it's not worth it. I wish you a good day.

Mentor1 year agoYou’re right: bad faith has its limits.
When you have a shop with a storefront, there’s no point hiding behind some company name: you’re a pro, and so on eBay you MUST be registered as such, period!
autostylo
OP1 year agono. As I explained to you, I invoice in Portugal, and nothing stops me from selling in France. Here, it’s not defined by the physical store, but by the invoice amount. I hope I’ve answered you; besides, this has nothing to do with the help request I made, but I hope my answer will make your day a little more peaceful, be happy.

Mentor1 year agoStop beating around the bush and treating people like idiots, it’s becoming downright ridiculous: you’re registered on Portuguese eBay as a private seller.

just so you know: in 2025, there is something called the internet...
that said, the joke has gone on long enough as far as I'm concerned!
Have a nice rest of your day.

"my sales are 100% in France."
which has absolutely nothing to do with it and changes nothing about my response.

I’ve put the customer service link you’re assigned to, so get in touch with them.
autostylo
OP1 year agoUnfortunately, I’ve already done that, but they don’t do anything, because they’re based on algorithms, they can’t see that all these items, although not delivered, were all resolved, and that they’re not delivered, not because of me. No one is more upset when an order gets lost. Thank you.
