Hello everyone
Order that I supposedly received at the beginning of February 2026.
I never received this order, even though it was paid for.
Order coming from the US.
I never got a response from the seller either.

When you place an order, you get a delivery date.
If that date has passed and you still haven't received your purchase, you then have 30 days to file a claim.
All of this happened in early February and we're now at the end of August..
so it's too late to make a claim on the site.
Try contacting the US seller if you kept their username.. otherwise, you're out of luck..
