Asendia status stuck at the same stage for 9 days
Hello,
Could you tell me if it’s normal for my tracking status to be stuck at the same stage "dispatched by Asendia" for 9 days. It’s a shipment to France from the United States.

A purchase coming from the United States goes through customs and therefore takes time to arrive, hopefully all the necessary documents are sent.
If your purchase does not arrive, you can report an item not received as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed:
